Overview:

JL Design is a boutique residential interior design firm located in the greater Nashville Tennessee area. At JL Design, we strive to design and deliver interior spaces that are both distinctive as well as functional.

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts payable processes and financial concepts. This position offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

· Process accounts payable transactions accurately and timely

· Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

· Place product selection orders with multiple vendors

· Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper ordering specifications

· Maintain accurate records and documentation of all transactions

· Hands-on leader to receive and inspect our high quality products at our local warehouse

· Maintain strict inventory controls

Experience:

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

- Experience in accounts payable processes
- Interior Design knowledge a plus
- Ability to perform account reconciliations
- Familiarity with basic financial concepts
- Proficiency in Microsoft and Google software

Pay: $22.22 - $26.75 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
